any tips for motivating yourself during exercise
I'm horrible at motivating myself, as soon as I start feeling pain I'm like "but... wanna st o p : (" but I have fitness testing this week for PE and tomorrow is the hardest one, the six-minute biking
to pass it you have to reach 2 miles, in six minutes, which is... pressing... I really want to push myself but man I give up so easily..
also idk if I should eat in the morning or not, because I always feel like I'm going to vomit... I've had some people say eating will help, and some say not eating is better... ???????? pls heLP
